Artichoke extract has been shown in studies to help IBS (abdominal pain and bloating, flatulence, alternating constipation and diarrhoea.) Do you have problems with fatty meals, digesting fat? Fatty meal intolerance can also be helped by artichoke extract, which stimulates the production of bile in the liver and so aids fat digestion.
