Constipation responds well to herbs such as psyllium husk. Add probiotics and FOS to make a formula that gently encourages regular bowel movements and aids the digestion of food. Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) provides food for the friendly gut bacteria so that they can thrive and counteract the effect of unhealthy gut bacteria.

Typical ingredients per 5 gm teaspoon:

Psyllium Husks 3200 mg
FOS 1500 mg
Digestive Enzyme Complex 250 mg (protease, betaine HCL, ginger root, papain, peppermint leaf, fennel seed, bromelain)
Probiotic Culture Complex 50 mg (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulagricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum)

In a base of apple powder, orange flavour and blackcurrant flavour. No wheat, lactose, added sugar, artificial colourings or yeast.

Dose: Stir 1 to 2 level teaspoons into a glass of water. Take 1-3 times per day.
180 gm powder. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
