Practitioner Janna Land used NAET to good affect with one of her clients:
Mr. A, came to me in August 2004 with a number of food-related allergies: he was "allergic" to cheese, mushrooms, beer, beef, coffee, chocolate, yeast, tomatoes and mold all either affected his breathing, or gave him Urticaria.
I started a course of NAET Allergy treatments in the Autumn, which dealt first of all with basic components of foods like minerals and vitamins (he had a problem with vitamins C and the B's) and eggs. Then I tested and treated various components in turn including caffeine, and after all the above, also a few pollens that he seemed to be sensitive to.
By May 2005 he declared himself cured. I spoke to him again in early Feb. 2006 and he said he's still perfectly well and eating all those foods with absolute delight.
