Arm Pain And Quantum Touch by Hannah Shine

I heard about Quantum Touch and was intrigued by the amazing claims made for this therapy. So I decided to find out more.... I bought the book Quantum Touch by Richard Gordon last June. I read it on 3rd June. On the 4th June I had a message on my answerphone saying that a friend of mine, Jacqui, had a nasty fall and had "torn her shoulder". She was in excruciating pain, had been checked out, had no bones broken. She was given a morphine jab and sent home. The pain persisted and she had to revisit the hospital in the night for another morphine jab..... The pain did not abate.

It was at that point that I received that phone call. I responded and asked that she come over - she was driven over by her friend who had taken her to hospital. When she came in, she was nursing the right arm, her face was drawn with pain. Even though I am a homoepath and use these remedies extensively, I was drawn to using Quantum Touch as I felt it was very relevant that I had studied the book the day before. I asked her to assess the pain "out of 10" and she immediately responded "20"!!! That immediately made me feel that this was a really serious situation.

I immediately "ran her energy" - a technique involving brushing from the feet to the head and then back to her hands. I then did Quantum Touch on her shoulder for at least 30 minutes at which time I felt that I needed to sip some water as Quantum Touch involves various breathing patterns while "sandwiching" the area of pain with the palms of your hands. When I returned with the water, Jacqui was talking animatedly to her friend and seemed very bright and happy. I asked her how much the pain was on the scale of 1 - 10 and she immediately replied "5". I was astounded, and noticed that she was no longer nursing the arm but it was hanging free. I offered to continue the treatment to get the pain down to zero, but she was so pleased to be out of excruciating pain that she said I had done enough.

Three weeks later, I invited Jacqui for lunch. She said that her arm had been perfectly O.K. since she saw me last, and she then proceeded to lift a dining room chair aloft...... and remarked that she could not do that before she injured her shoulder; the quantum touch had restored her shoulder to a better condition than it had been before......

As Jacqui is a market trader, she was most grateful that she had not lost a single day's work.
