Cancer Diet And Exercise Plan

The Cancer Fighting Diet and Exercise Plan

Diets the world over offer new and novel ways to lose fat, but here is a diet for the 1 in 3 people who may develop cancer in their lifetime.

www.LAMuscle.com Fitness Expert Ross Edgley BSc has been advising celebrities for years on ways to lose weight within a private practice on Harley Street, London, UK. However after a close friend of his was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 he has since been working on a diet and exercise plan to help prevent the disease.

7:00am: Breakfast

Eat as much fresh, uncooked fruit on an empty stomach as possible seeing as (when combined with other protein or carbohydrate foods) it prevents its efficient absorption since it sits on the top of that food and ferments in the stomach causing acidity and ingestion. Efficient absorption of fruit is essential as it’s the phyto-nutrients in fruit that is proven to combat cancer.

Allow 1 hour for the fruit to digest and be efficiently absorbed.

7:30am: Breathing Exercises

Breath in for 2 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and out for 1 second. Repeat for 2 minutes.
Breathing at a ratio of 1:4:2 stimulates the lymph system which is the body’s ‘sewage’ system - stimulating this can greatly help to prevent diseases.

8:00am: Carbohydrate Meal: Pasta and lots of vegetables

The compounds that lend fruit and vegetables their colours are carotenoids, these are potent antioxidants that promote the body’s detoxification of enzymes and therefore help prevent cancer. So have a large serving of pasta, tomatoes, garlic, and dark leafy green vegetables and have them without protein since carbohydrates require an alkaline enzyme in the stomach to digest, rather an acid enzyme like protein. So by having them on their own you ensure the carotenoids are efficiently absorbed.

Allow 4 hours for the Carbohydrates to digest and be efficiently absorbed.

10:00am: Breathing Exercises

12:00pm: Protein and lots of vegetables

Eating tofu regularly can almost halve a women’s chance of developing ovarian cancer, due to its content of isoflavones. A study found that a daily portion of 10gm of the food releases around 3mg of isoflavones and can therefore cut the risk by 44%. So have some tofu with a serving of non-starchy vegetables to ensure both the isoflavones from the tofu and carotenoids from the vegetables are absorbed efficiently.

If due to a hectic lifestyle you find it difficult to eat adequate fruit and vegetables, you can still consume the necessary vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants in the form of the supplement Multi-Protector - A potent supplement formulated by www.lamuscle.com that may help prevent diseases such as cancer.

Allow 4 hours for the Protein to digest and be efficiently absorbed.

2:00pm: Breathing Exercises

4:00pm: Carbohydrate Meal: Sweet Potatoes and vegetables

Once again a large serving of vegetables, this time with sweet potatoes instead of pasta since sweet potatoes also contain the powerful antioxidants carotenoids.

8:00pm: Protein Meal

Have a large glass of Soya Milk since it contains isoflavones which are a type of phytoestrogen and phytoestrogens are proven to prevent breast cancer, ovarian cancer and prostate cancer.

9:00pm: Breathing Exercises

Important Notes:

If you feel hungry between these meals you are encouraged to eat as much cruciferous vegetables as you want, since these vegetables are considered to be some of the most powerful cancer protectors. Examples of cruciferous vegetables include: brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, collard greens and watercress. Brocolli, cabbage and cauliflower were found to be the most protective because they contain a compound called sulphoraphane, which stimulates the liver’s detoxification process. Furthermore these vegetables, when chewed, release a compound called indole-3-carbinole which help to protect the body against the damaging effects of oestrogen , reducing the risk of breast cancer.
