I was at work when the phone rang at about 8.30 am. It was a young lady (in her 30's) who worked on the floor below. She said can I come and see you , but not what it was about.
She hobbled in a few minutes later. She could hardly walk at all. She had had a few too many glasses of wine the night before and thought she could do the splits. She couldn't but had damaged her hamstrings trying. How she had managed to drive to work and walk up the stairs to me I don't know. She said she was in pain but didn't want to take tablets.
I told her all I could do would be a first aid treatment. I then proceeded to do the NST (Neurostructural Integration Technique) sacrum move while she was stood up holding on to a desk. It took all of 2 minutes.
She then hobbled back to work. This was about 8.45 am by then. At 11.00 am she phoned me to say she could walk a lot better and by lunch time (about 1.00pm) she was perfectly ok. Her employer couldn't believe the difference.
