Help for Shingles With The Bowen Technique

Angela Stevens sent in this account of how she used the Bowen Technique to help Bob, aged 71, who was suffering from shingles.

3 months after having shingles Bob was still suffering from the after effects of the virus and was in constant pain in the nerve endings over most of his body. His pain was such that he couldn`t sleep in bed with his wife as she was disturbed so he stayed in his armchair all night. In addition he was feeling very run down from lack of sleep.

The morning after his first session he called to say that his pain had completely gone and he had slept all night.
