Hay fever is an extremely unpleasant condition. I used to suffer with it very badly myself. It would start in early spring as soon as the gorse came into flower and last on and off for the rest of the spring and summer. As well as a runny nose, I would sneeze almost uncontrollably. The roof of my mouth and inside my ears would itch. I would feel irritable and exhausted. After many years of dreading the summer I used isopathic (homeopathic) drops from the British Institute for Allergy & Environmental Therapy, with truly amazing results.
Subsequently I also used health kinesiology which helped eradicate any minor remaining symptoms. I found I could cut grass without a problem, and I began really to enjoy the summer months. Read a book on Health Kinesiology.
