Kinesiology And CFS

Kinesiology and M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) or CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) A Case Study by Diane Piette

Mark, aged 28, was suffering from ME, poor eye/hand coordination, low energy levels, pain in his joints and headaches.

During the first session, we rebalanced the body’s energy with a 28 muscle balance fix as you go, rubbing nearly all neurolymphatic, neurovascular and spinal reflex points.

2 weeks later, we worked on identifying biocidic foods (foods and substances downgrading our energy). I recommended that he stop eating wheat and dairy products for 6 weeks to see how different he would feel. Glutamate also came up as a stressor to the body energy along with computers and television.

On our third session 6 weeks later, we worked on defusing the stress that the illness was causing. Mark’s adrenal glands were also very tired and we used different techniques to boost their energy level. The pain in his joints was reduced and he had more energy in the morning after a good night’s sleep.

On the fourth session, his hand/eye coordination was improving, he was still off dairy products and wheat, the headaches had gone and his energy level was good, something he had forgotten what it felt like ! We also worked in present time on rebalancing his chakras using sounds and colours but also at the time when he was diagnosed with ME.

Mark found “3 in 1 concepts” kinesiology fascinating. The fact that his body knew all along what to do in order to get better was a revelation to him. He has since been coming back for regular check-ups and Touch For Health muscle balances.
