An 8 year old girl came to see me with fear of water in toilets and water splashing through overflow gutters at swimming pools. This caused big problems at school as she refused to go to the toilet or swimming lessons. And because she'd drink so little to avoid having to go to the school toilet, she as a result suffered from chronic constipation.

We started the session by rebalancing her body's energy. Then we identified the emotion which was behind that fear, using the behavioral barometer. Two emotions came up : belligerent and frightened. We then identified the age of cause for this phobia and 2 hours before birth was indicated by the body cellular memory through muscle testing.

What happened was that her parents used to argue a lot and she could feel her mum’s distress in her tummy (belligerent towards dad). Two hours before birth, her mum’s water broke. The baby got frightened of what might happen when born. She connected the fact of water being sucked away (toilets and overflow gutters in swimming pools) with having to face the unknown which was scary to her.

I then used a tapping technique on the gall bladder and bladder meridians to release any blocked energy in connection with the phobia. After the session, the little girl needed to reinforce the correction we did together by tapping on the thymus gland and on the acupuncture point spleen 21 for 21 days.

Her mum came for another two sessions as she also had some emotional issues regarding her past relationship which needed healing.

Three months later, her mum called me to say that her daughter was now using the toilets at school and was planning some swimming lessons over the summer holiday. Her confidence was up, no more constipation and she was now a much happier child.
