Making a baby is natural and shouldn't be too stressful, but you can definitely help yourself by researching things like diet and exercise that might help you feel better about the process the next time around. If you are feeling stressed about the whole process of getting pregnant after you've had a miscarriage, try stress relief techniques such as yoga, tai chi, or acupuncture, all of which have been known to help with the process of getting pregnant, anyway.
