The Domino Effect by Steve G. Jones

I want to share with you some important information about weight loss. Losing excess weight will not only transform your body but also improve your overall health, which in turn will transform your mind.

Many times clients come to my office with a variety of issues. They want to lose weight, stop smoking, make more money, etc. Their challenge is, “Which one should I work on first?” I always tell them to work on the one which is most important to them, and the rest of the challenges will, quite often, take care of themselves.

This is due to what I call the Domino Effect. This effect is very simple, yet very powerful. To explain, let’s first look at dominos. You can set them up side-by-side, knock the first one over, and all of them will fall down in succession. The analogy is that if you fix one challenge area in your life, it will positively affect all of the other areas in your life.

People who come to me feel that they have no power. Often times I am their last resort. If they can have success in their greatest challenge in life, everything else becomes easy. It just flows, like dominos. Suddenly they are eating better, having better relationships, making more money. This is not magic, it is the power of unlimited confidence. If you knock over that one Domino, all of the other ones are automatically affected. This is so because you then have the one ingredient that makes anything possible…ready for the big secret?…Here it is…

Belief in yourself. Whether you get it from hypnosis, a loved one, or somewhere else, it is the one ingredient in you life that will make ALL the difference. It is the difference between becoming a doctor or a homeless person. It is the difference between feeling you are beautiful and feeling ugly. It is the difference between success and failure in ALL areas of your life. So, no matter how you get it, make sure you get a strong belief in yourself. Without it, you will surely fail, with it, you can do ANYTHING.
