What Is Neural System Kinesiology?

Neural Systems Kinesiology with Hugo Tobar

Hugo Tobar in NSW Australia, developed neural systems kinesiology, so I asked him to tell me about this relatively new branch of kinesiology:

"Its a stand-alone kinesiology based on applied physiology, which was developed by Richard Utt. It works with energetic structures looking at charkas and different chakra imbalances, and what different psychological behaviour comes from those imbalances.

"We focus on working with the brain, the nervous system, primitive reflexes, the endocrine system, biochemistry and nutrition.

"I have developed formatting systems for all those things. Formatting is like using a test kit; it allows us to access stress in a particular part of the system. Formatting was developed initially by Richard Utt, and I have formatted over 200 hormones, and developed thousands of formats for mental and emotional states.

"We use the acupressure system and yogic techniques. We also use tuning forks to correct chakras, and coloured light for balancing.

"We have good results with people who have problems with the immune, endocrine and nervous systems, and biochemical processes. Neural systems kinesiology also works well for problems with learning and behaviour."
