This bottle is a combination of flower essences from Boab, Dog Rose, Five Corners, Southern Cross and Sturt Desert Rose. The flowers are gathered in an ecologically respectful way in unpolluted areas of Australia where they grow naturally.

Where Do These Remedies Come From?
They are made by Australian Ian White from plants that grow in the Australian Bush, but you don’t need to be Australian to benefit from them.

Are these the same as Bach Flower Remedies?
Many people call all flower essences ‘Bach Flowers’, but that really only applies to the ones made by Dr Edward Bach. Although the development of these essences owes much to Dr Bach’s original insights, these flower essences are a highly successful range in their own right.

What’s in them?
They are made form the energy of flowers with with water, and a small amount of brandy as a preservative. ‘Calm & Clear’, for example, is made from Black-Eyed Susan, Boronia, Bottlebrush, Bush Fuchsia, Crowea, Jacaranda, Little Flannel Flower and Paw Paw.

Are they safe?
They are not drugs, or in anyway addictive. They are designed to help re-balance the body in an effective, but gentle way.

How Do I Take Them?
The normal dose is 7 drops under the tongue morning and night.
