Active ingredients include:

• Echinacea: an antiseptic and antibacterial herb
• Bayberry a herb to tighten and strengthen gums
• White oak bark to counter inflammation and tighten gums

Directions:

• Shake well before use.
• Add about 5 drops of PERI-GUM to about 15 ml of water (enough to rinse mouth).
• Use PERI-GUM mouthwash by vigorously working between teeth and gums for at least 30 seconds (the longer, the better).
• Gradually increase to 25 drops per 15 ml.
• Do not swallow.
• Use at least twice a day,especially at bedtime.
• To achieve the best results, avoid eating and drinking for at least 1/2 hour after use
