What Are The CDs Like?
You will be guided into a state of complete physical and mental relaxation using clinical hypnotherapy techniques, along with 60 beats per minute sound effects that help to synchronise the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This creates an extremely receptive learning state.

Once you are in this optimum learning state, you are instructed to repeat carefully worded affirmations relating to the title of the CD. These affirmations are profoundly hypnotic and soothing, allowing you to absorb the affirmation on a very deep level. These are enhanced with post-hypnotic suggestions to help you easily achieve your desired goal. Most recordings also include Pink Noise, a natural sound similar to waves. The low frequencies (between 6 & 10hz) emitted by Pink Noise synchronise with brainwaves and guide you into a mentally relaxed and creative state.

At the end of each recording, you will be gently brought back to full waking consciousness with a combination of suggestion and music. There are also a number of positive subliminal messages embedded in the outer music to maximise the benefits. The only exception to this is the Sleep tape which aims to guide you into a deep relaxing sleep and has no fade out music. Each CD is completely safe and comes with a clear set of instructions. How Soon Will I Notice The Benefit?
The CDs work in varying degrees and will be different for each individual. It is impossible to give an estimated time, but after a few listens you should begin to notice some positive changes. Sometimes the positive changes can be instant and dramatic. For other people it can be a gradual, subtle progression into a new pattern of behaviour over time.

You can listen to either track as often as you like, although it may be best to leave a short gap of say 5 to 10 minutes between tracks so you can absorb and assimilate the content. The recommendation of a gap between tracks is simply a suggestion, and it is fine to listen to both tracks consecutively if you prefer. The key to absorbing Hypnotic suggestion is habitual- The more you hear the suggestion the quicker your unconscious mind gets the message. You then respond to the suggestion automatically in your every day life.

So it is best to listen to the CDs on a daily basis initially, and continue until you have reached your goal or overcome the problem. You may even choose to continue listening indefinitely.

Can I Listen To More Than One CD?
It is probably best to listen to one CD at a time to allow your mind to focus on one goal. However, some titles will work fine with others when the issues are closely related.

Will It Still Work If I Fall Asleep?
If you fall asleep listening to the CD but you still hear the count up at the end of the track, you have probably been in a deep trance throughout. In this state you will still be absorbing all the suggestions on an unconscious level. If you don't hear the count up at the end you have probably drifted into a deep sleep at some point. In this case you will probably only absorb the suggestions to the point where you went into a deeper sleep. If this is the case we suggest you listen at a time when you are not tired.
