Over the last 20 years, he has also studied Yoga, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Counselling and Polarity therapy. He uses elements of these to create an holistic approach to his massage healing work. Chris has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them towards emotional and physical health through a combination of these powerful holistic techniques. He has a deep knowledge of the uses and benefits of essential oils for healing, relaxation and mood enhancement. He is an experienced and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys passing on his knowledge of Aromatherapy and Massage.
