Additional Information my yoga classes bring together many of the forms i have studied. there is a focus on breath, alignment and flow, and an encouragement to work with depth, to nuture and nourish as well as challenge. i run weekly pregnancy classes which aim to support women through their pregnancy and prepare them physically, mentally and emotionally for labour and birth. weekly postnatal classes are held to regain the bodies strength and to support in early motherhood. i run a post graduates training course through the Devon School of Yoga for yoga and pregnancy and working with teenagers. i also run workshops combining yoga and shiatsu with shiastu practitioner Kate Burford.
