Additional Information I teach beginner and improvers yoga classes in Hadleigh, Suffolk and also give sessions at Debenham Leisure Centre. I am also available for 1:1 yoga therapy e.g. in pregnancy and post-pregnancy; post-operation to recover fitness, to increase energy for people with ME and to provide an introduction to yoga for people who are unsure of their fitness. My Indian Head Massage sessions will improve circulation in the neck and shoulders and help to relax tense muscles in the face, neck and upper body.
