Qualifications Amy was raised in New Mexico where she was often exposed to natural ways for aiding the body to heal itself. "Touch and healing have always been a part of my life". In her college years, she became very sick with reoccurring staph infections and withdrew from school. "I was bedridden for days at a time." The medical community was helpful in some ways, but she was still sick and wanted to get to the root of the problem. In Albuquerque, she met a lovely Christian herbalist/reflexologist who gave her tools to regain her health which included several colon hydrotherapy sessions. She recovered! Her regimen included: cleansing/building with herbal supplements, dietary changes, essential oils, and homeopathy. This experience inspired Amy to share with others the gifts given to her. This past year, she had an opportunity to use her Reflexology skills and worked closely with a wonderful Chiropractor!
   
Membership She has been trained by the International Reflexology Institute and has, since 1995, managed a reflexology practice.Amy studied under an herbalist for two years, and received her training and certification in colon hydrotherapy with the Circle of Life School in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Clear Water Colon Hydrotherapy in Ocala, Florida. She is certified Advanced Level under I-ACT (International Assoc. for Colon Hydrotherapy). She also has seen wonderful results with the Ionic Foot Bath!
