Additional Information I have a special interest in supporting people who are experiencing stress or emotional difficulties. Through my experience and training I have developed knowledge, empathy and a deep understanding of how to help others release and manage stress and anxiety in particular. I have a unique way of combining kinesiology and reiki in my sessions, working holistically (on all aspects of the person); emotional, physical, mental, and energetic. Being able to help others in this way gives me great joy. I love my work, and will be happy to hear from you, and to discuss how kinesiology or reiki may be able to help in your particular circumstances.
