Additional Information I specialise in Holistic Remedial Massage to help people get out of pain and to ease those aches, using a variety of techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Hot Stones. I also use Colour Therapy for health and well-being, and Colour Therapy Massage for relaxation and stress-release. I have a comfortable therapy room in Kendal, and also do some mobile work. I am available for On-site Massage at workplaces.
