Qualifications I've been a massage therapist since 1995 and have been trained in many modalities, including: Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage, Accupressure, Trigger Point, Reflexology, and Therapeutic Touch, to name some of them. My focus these days is on Lymphatic Drainage therapy. LDT is truly a miracle and can work very quickly for problems such as swelling of a limb or plastic surgery.

Additional Information My focus is Lymphatic Massage. I take the second training in two weeks. Our Lymphatic system removes all the toxins that are too large to be expelled by the blood. I can give a Lymphatic massage to anyone unless that person has had a Lymph biopsy or had a Lymph node removed. Lymphatic Massage works very quickly, so drink a lot of water prior to and after the massage. Lymphatic Massage is very, very light work because I will be moving fluid that is retained in between the muscles. Our body is 90+% water and this interstitial fluid is what is being moved with Lymphatic Drainage.
