| Additional Information | I have decades of experience with Yoga (initially did Iyengar Teacher training in the mid '80s, then moved into Ashtanga)as well as work in the Fitness Industry. I've been a Reiki Master since 2000 and this is the core of all my therapy work. I have also been a singer and musicial since childhood and have many years' experience of voicework - toning, overtoning and using the voice to raise awareness of the body and its energy systems. I have done a lot of work with special groups - pre and post natal, 50+, ethnic groups and more recently providing therapies and training for drug users, their families and drugs workers. |
