Additional Information I completed my training in Health Kinesiology in April 2010. I have always been interested in health and nutrition. Through my HK training I discovered 1st hand how wonderful this therapy is for reducing imbalances within the body and mind and leaving the client feeling more balanced and positive. HK has lead me on a journey to find out more about nutrition, life style and exercise plus much more, ensuring that we have lots of energy and vitality. Now practicing HK in Jersey I am also continuing my studies in nutrition for health. With the benefits from HK sessions and small life style changes clients can increase energy levels and general well being.
